Physical Exams

Periodic Medical Physicals, Seperation Physicals, Flight Physicals and Retirement Physicals are all conducted by the Physical Exam section. Appointments for physicals can be made by calling Central Appointments at 1-886-460-5305. The 1/11 and 2/11 ACR physicals will be conducted at their respective battalion aid stations.
Physicals are conducted in two parts and both can be scheduled with the initial phone call. Part I begins at 0800 and includes all initial paperwork and testing requirements. Soldiers should report to the front lobby at 0745, wearing their Army physical training uniform. Part II of the physical will include an appointment with a physician and any follow-up testing necessary to complete the examination.
Please make sure to schedule your physical appointments in a timely fashion -- at least 1 1/2 months before the desired completion date
