New User Accounts

Computer user accounts control access to a number of systems here in MEDDAC. Only authorized personnel may request for user accounts

Network Logins

For assistance in reactivating expired or locked CAC's, please goto bldg 563 (G1) or bldg 11 (DOIM).

Self-Help

For first time login or initial profile setup (ie. Outlook, IE, Word, ect...) you can contact the IMD helpdesk (via a Help Desk ticket or calling x6291), or you can use IMD's self-help page.

     

New AHLTA/CHCS User Accounts

Locate the appropriate AHLTA/CHCS user access requst form from 'References > AHLTA/CHCS requests forms' located on our Intranet and have your supervisor fill it out and turn it into IMD at room 110 of the hospital.

AHLTA/CHCS Passwords

For assistance in reactivating expired or locked CHCS passwords, please call the IMD helpdesk at 6291.

VTC Request Instructions

Contact the IMD helpdesk (via a Help Desk ticket or calling x6291) to request assistance with a VTC. Ensure you have the dial-in phone number and the connection speed.

     

Mailroom

For assistance with mailroom issues, please contact our mail clerk at 5370 between the hours of 1300 and 1500.

Telephones

For assistance with telephone issues, Contact the IMD helpdesk (via a Help Desk ticket or calling x6291).

Pagers

For assistance with pager issues, please contact IMD at 5212 between the hours of 0800 and 1000.
